We work with a network of different suppliers offering a large selection of printing, heat transfer and embroidery techniques.

Digital Print

Digital print is an inkjet-based method of printing directly on the fabric.

The benefit of digital print is that it can print almost any design on most types of fabrics.

Digital print allows the artwork to be printed in high resolution, detail, and unlimited color, which makes printing cost-effective.

Silk Screen Printing

Silk screen printing is one of the most common and easiest ways to print designs onto products.

Because of its fabric-friendly nature, it can print solid color designs on almost any fabric, regardless of their blend or finish.

This results in producing the best possible output, and unlimited customization capabilities in terms of print positioning and matching the colors required for any design.

Flock Screen Printing

Flock is basically composed of synthetic fibers, such as cotton, rayon, and polyester. First, an adhesive liquid is applied to the designated printing area so that the flock sticks to it.

Flock screen printing gives a velvety feel. For different colors, the flock is first dyed in that particular color and then applied to that adhesive coating with the help of a screen.

The result is a feather-soft embossed print that feels very high quality.

Plastisol-Based Ink Screen Print

Plastisol inks are PVC-based inks that are cured at high temperatures to allow them to set. They provide long-lasting and optimal color results.

Plastisol inks leave a film on the fabric that can be felt with the hand and feels thicker compared.

Can be printed on both natural and synthetic dark-colored fabrics.

Dye Sublimation Process

Dye sublimation is the process of printing dye pigments onto a transfer medium and then applying them to a fabric or garment using heat and pressure.

This process allows the ink to fully penetrate the fabric, resulting in a permanent full-color image with no hand feel.

Heat sublimation printing produces full-color, high-quality photo prints that are resistant to scratching or cracking. Can be printed on polyester or other synthetic fabrics only.

Heat Transfer Print

Heat Transfer Prints are basically plastisol inks that are printed onto transfer paper or vinyl and applied to a garment using heat and pressure.

As heat transfer uses plastisol inks, there will be a thin layer than can be felt by hand.

Can be printed on both natural and synthetic fabrics.

Embroidery Patches

Custom-made embroidery patches are quick and easy to stitch with a good result, not directly on the fabric. Embroidered patches come in many different forms. Some of them are adhesive, some of them are stitched, but they both pose the same purpose: to avoid the inside feel of embroidered when worn.

Direct embroidery done on lightweight fabrics such as jersey do not tend to feel comfortable due to the heaviness of threads applied on top of the garment. To avoid that, people use embroidered patches when embroidery is the essence of their design.

Regular Embroidery

Regular embroidery is the best method to put designs on products, especially for corporate logos. It has allowed customers to come up with unique ideas to impose on their garments.

They are long-lasting and offer a classy appearance when applied to garments.

With the correct bobbin and tightness of the frame, we ensure that your embroidered designs always stand out.

Direct Color Dye

Direct color dye option enables you to have a specific color for your garment regardless of the shade you have.

Direct color dyeing has its own benefits and demerits. The best part is having a lower minimum and getting the desired color.

The result of direct color dyeing might not be as good as when it is reactively dyed but if you are emphasis is only on the color and not the blend or feel of the garment, this is the perfect option for you.

Reactive Color Dye

Reactive colors are more permanent colors. They don’t fade away even after several washes or even by exposure to sunlight. It is one of the best methods to get a custom color on your garment and enables you to have a premium feel for your garment.

Reactive color dyeing is done when a fabric is knitted totally from the start in an exactly required blend. This enables the customers to opt for higher quantities without sweating for quality or colors. All over the world, industrially, this process is followed for custom garment production when the quantities are higher.

Tie Dye

Tie dye is limited to 100% Cotton only and luckily Cotton is the most beloved fabric all around the world due to its nice and soft feel and longer reliability.

Can use reactive colors and then have the garment bio wash for a nice feel and long-lasting performance with the colors.
